Summer Palace is renowned for serving authentic, yet innovative Cantonese specialities and ‘all-you-can-eat’ Dim Sum favourites served daily during lunch by Dim Sum master chef Han Long Hua. The restaurant features 10 private dining rooms in addition to its main dining area. Highly regarded by locals, the venue delivers the highest standards in a la carte dining, dim sum, and Chinese banquets, and uses only the freshest seafood, all cooked to your requirements.

Lunch: 11:30 – 14:30 hours (Dim Sum all-you-can-eat and A la carte)

Dinner: 18:00 – 22:30 hours (A la carte)
