With over 15 years of experience specialising in the cold kitchen, Chef Tim pairs crispy fried shrimp with fresh mango salsa, bringing a bright and refreshing balance to every bite.
🦐 Chef Tan — Stir-Fried Seafood with Curry Powder
Driven by her passion for Thai cuisine, Chef Tan brings together fresh seafood with a rich and creamy curry sauce, complemented by the warmth and gentle heat of aromatic spices.
🦪 Chef Karn — Deep-Fried Mussels
Chef Karn gives one of Thailand’s much-loved street food classics his own signature interpretation, thoughtfully elevating a familiar favourite while preserving the flavours and character we know and love.
