Since I was born, I've seen the "Varaphorn House" close to my house. As a result, the building and its roof are over 60 years old. It's time to change the new roof....

Today my mother is walking with her caretaker to check the house's cleanliness. Our house has remained clean and organized to this day because of my mother. She is a very neat woman.

She used to walk around the house every day and check everything, including the leaves, when she wasn't this elderly. If something was messy, her team members had to fix it right away.

That is my mother.

I've been through an earthquake twice in my life. The first time was a tsunami in 2004, and the second time was just today.

The quake today didn't do much damage to our property, but it did make the pool shake somewhat more than the first tsunami did almost 20 years ago. It looked scary. Lucky for us, no one was hurt here by the earthquake.

I am sorry for the people who were in the building that collapsed down and pray for them to stay alive.

We are thrilled to be included in the Korean Girl Group's music video production. We'd say the production team is very professional. They came several times to prepare and handle everything before the production's start yesterday. They told me that the video would be released in a month; I wish it is successful and receives a million likes and shares. Thank you for selecting VARAPHORN HOUSE.

From 2022, we have started an energy-saving project by replacing obsolete air conditioning units with new ones labeled energy-saving No. 5. A total of 27 air units will be changed. At the moment, 23 of them are brand new and cost 570K.

That’s right, we have completed 85% of the job and are quite close to hit our goal.

Our mission is to make residents of Varaphorn House more ecologically conscious.

Tiger is the name of a stray cat who stayed in Varaphorn House for many years. Tiger produced multiple litters of kittens each year. We decided to catch Tiger spaying last week to alleviate the problem of overcrowded cats in our area. Today without her frantic kids, I believe Tiger will be happy as well as I am.

PS: At the time her husband came around, it was caught to neutering as well.

After we lost our lovely tree, the mood at Varaphorn House has changed. We hope that the small Bougainvillea, which is considered to be alive, will grow up and restore the familiar atmosphere.

These lovely couple who lived at Varaporn House nearly four years ago, came to see us yesterday. They told me that they were on vacation and wanted to stop by to remember how much enjoyable it was to live here. It seems like I'd rather meet my friends than the customers.

At Varaporn House, it's more like a family than a business.

Yesterday, we regretted the passing away of the Paper B🥲😭lossom tree (Bougainvillea spp.) in front of Varaporn House. The tree was planted 50 years ago and has provided a magnificent scenic creation for those who live nearby. She had been sick for a year, and we'd done everything to save her life. It happened because of the heavy rain last night. Her stem had rotted, preventing her from carrying water from the rain, so she gave up and felt down. Fortunately, her death did not hurt anyone. Thank you for being with us for 50 years.
