Award Winning Indian Restaurant - Maya Restaurant on the 29th floor

Bangkok is a notorious food destination that hosts many Indian restaurants but what none of these establishments offers is a total gastromixology package, where people can gather to eat scrumptious bites, hang out with elegant drinks, and all to the backing tracks of an experienced DJ that takes them well beyond midnight. Maya stylish rooftop restaurant and bar will be the first Indian Restaurant which will be offering the city a new way of enjoying Indian food.

Maya is located on the 29th floor of the Holiday Inn Bangkok Sukhumvit which allows guests to “Dine in the Sky” with breath-taking panoramic views of the Bangkok city skyline. This impressive attribute will magnify and complement these modern changes, which overall will set a new standard for Indian cuisine and dining experiences in Bangkok. Maya will be moving away from its fine dining roots and create a new vibe for itself that no other Indian restaurant in the city currently has. It will be a place to socialise and spend time with family and friends from early evening to late night, where they can enjoy the flavours of Modern India presented with passion and served with unpretentious friendly service.

Maya will be adapted to include contemporary, stylish, as well as playful concepts of serving Indian food. The new menu will reflect a change towards a more fusion style of cuisine to include both Western and traditional Indian flavours to appeal to a wider audience. Will offer bar bites, small plates, main courses and late-night dining options. This will allow more guests to take part in Maya’s exclusive dining experience as they will no longer only be restricted in their food choices, it will be suitable for all demographics.

However, the new style direction will revolve around the bar offerings. Mixologist of Maya will be offering new drinks selection will host a variety of drinks which will appeal to any palette, welcoming new trendy cocktails infused with Indian spices as well as internationally renowned will undergo modifications both in terms of drinks and food this will promote a more efficient flow between the restaurant and bar, to create a better synergy between both parts of the venue so customers can enjoy all aspects of Maya.
