A new chapter for learning at Canopy. ✨💪🏻

We kicked off our very first Departmental Trainer Meeting at Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit, bringing our trainers together to connect, align, and keep learning moving across every department.

From reviewing our training progress and processes to upcoming learning activities, we also introduced Brand Experience Pre-Shift Training—giving our trainers another way to bring the Canopy culture to life through short, meaningful conversations with their teams before each shift.

Because learning doesn’t only happen in the training room. It happens every day, in every department, and through the people who keep sharing it. 💙

To Arty, Head Bartender at SoolHaus Bangkok, being Canopy means creating experiences that stay with people long after they leave.

Outside of work, you'll often find him behind a DJ console. DJing has taught him that the best nights aren't planned, they're read. Knowing when to turn up the energy, slow things down, or surprise the crowd is all part of the mix.
That same instinct follows him behind the bar.

As Head Bartender at SoolHaus, Arty believes every cocktail tells a story. Just like a great playlist, every ingredient, every conversation, and every guest interaction should feel intentional and memorable.
