Every challenge has a chance to create a better experience. 🌿✨

Today, we brought our team together for Service Recovery using the HEART Model — turning everyday service challenges into moments to reconnect, make it right, and leave a little more Canopy in every interaction.

Through the HEART Model, our team explored how to listen with empathy, take ownership, and respond with confidence — helping us resolve problems better, increase our problem resolution score, and reduce recurring service incidents.

Because at Canopy, it’s not about avoiding every problem.
It’s about how we show up when they happen. 💙

วันนี้เราพาทีมงานมาเรียนรู้ Service Recovery ด้วย HEART Model เพื่อเปลี่ยนความท้าทายในการให้บริการในแต่ละวัน ให้กลายเป็นโอกาสในการสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีขึ้น แก้ไขปัญหา และสร้างความประทับใจให้กับแขก

ทีมงานได้เรียนรู้การรับฟังด้วยความเข้าใจ การแสดงความรับผิดชอบ และการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ต่าง ๆ อย่างมั่นใจ เพื่อช่วยให้เรา แก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ เพิ่ม Problem Resolution Score และลดปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นซ้ำ ๆ

Thank you Khun Jarupatcha Achavasmit—Thai textile artist, material designer, and entrepreneur, for spending time with our team at Studio 1930 at Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit, sharing the inspiration and story behind her artwork and giving us a closer look at the creativity woven into our space.

Now, when our guests ask about the piece, our team won’t just point to it — we’ll have a story to tell. 💙✨

ขอขอบคุณ คุณปุ๊ก จารุพัชร นักออกแบบสิ่งทอที่เติบโตในแล็บวิทย์ ที่ได้ให้โอกาสในการพูดคุยกับทีมงานของเราที่ห้องประชุม Studio 1930 พร้อมแบ่งปันแรงบันดาลใจและเรื่องราวเบื้องหลังผลงานศิลปะของเธอ ทำให้ทีมงานเได้สัมผัสและเข้าใจถึงความคิดสร้างสรรค์ที่ถูกถ่ายทอดและเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของพื้นที่แห่งนี้มากยิ่งขึ้น

A healthy team starts with taking care of both body and mind at Canopy by Hilton Bangkok Sukhumvit✨🧘🏻

We recently hosted a Body & Mind Connection and Stress Management Workshop for our team members, facilitated by the Department of Mental Health.

Through practical techniques and a better understanding of how our body and mind are connected, the session gave our team simple tools to recognize stress, manage it effectively, and take better care of themselves — both at work and beyond.

Because taking care of our people is where great hospitality begins. ✨

เราได้จัดกิจกรรม Body & Mind Connection and Stress Management Workshop สำหรับทีมงานของเรา โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก กรมสุขภาพจิต มาร่วมแบ่งปันความรู้และเทคนิคดี ๆ ในการดูแลสุขภาวะทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ

Two days of learning what it means to be Canopy — and experiencing it for ourselves. 🌿✨

We just wrapped up our 2-day 𝐂𝐚𝐧𝐨𝐩𝐲 𝐍𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐛𝐨𝐫 𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, bringing our team together to dive into the Canopy brand, our culture, and the way we create experiences that feel genuinely connected to the neighborhood.

A highlight? Taking the learning beyond the training room and experiencing our own lifestyle dining at Cante, our Spanish restaurant. Because understanding the brand isn’t just about knowing it — it’s about living it. 🇪🇸🍴

Here’s to turning the Canopy spirit into experiences our guests can truly feel. 💙
