When Chef Pete came to our table, he paused at the 𝑁𝑎𝑚𝑝𝑟𝑖𝑘 𝑁𝑎𝑘ℎ𝑜𝑛 𝐵𝑎𝑎𝑛 and smiled. He told us this is the kind of dish that explains his hometown. Bold, made to be softened with rice, and enjoyed slowly in your own rhythm. It felt like a glimpse into where he comes from.
