At EAT, authentic Southern Thai coastal cuisine begins with fresh ingredients selected to exacting standards. Some of our vegetables and herbs are grown in our island garden, gathered at their natural best and carried just a few steps to the kitchen.

Each dish is prepared with restraint, allowing the freshness, aroma and natural character of every ingredient to remain.
Growing only what we need shortens the journey for part of our produce, gives purpose to the land around us and deepens our appreciation for what nature provides.

Because good food is more than what arrives on the plate. It is the care given to every step before it reaches the table.
