Such location is good for people who prefer quiet places to tourist areas with crowded streets and beaches. Being separated from the tourist places this location is also a cheaper option.
The area of the villa is spacious, has parking space for many cars what will make a convenient stay for travellers up to 18. In addition to the residence, the company offers villas for rent nearby what allows you to accommodate groups of up to 30 people at a time.

A spacious living room, a kitchen, a bar counter, equipped places for work and rest with terrace, a large swimming pool, a garden, and a common area.
Rooms look identical to hotel suites, each bedroom is a small studio. Rooms are isolated from each other, have bathrooms, workplaces, exits to veranda or balcony, some of the studios have living rooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed or two single beds, a work desk.
Services
The villa has a high-speed Internet of 100 Mbps, powerful access points are installed on each floor, will be good for teambuilding events such us IT-marathon, online education programs or just working on computer.
The managing company provides services of cleaning, changing bed linen, garden and swimming pool maintenance. Our managers are ready to provide cars for rent, transfers in comfortable minibuses to the beach or shopping-malls, catering from the company restaurant Love Rawai Cafe (breakfast/dinner).

Payments:
To book the villa - 50% of the total rental price by online payment link, Thai company bank account or via PayPal.
The remaining 50% and the deposit can be paid on check-in.
Security deposit (by cash on check-in):
1 - 9 nights - 20,000 thb
10 - 25 nights - 40,000 thb
26 - 60 nights - 60,000 thb
61 nights and longer - negotiable
Deposit can be paid in USD/EUR/CNY.
Cancellation fees:
30 or more days before check-in - FREE
6 - 29 days before check-in - 50% charged
5 days and less before check-in - 100% charged (no refunds)
Notes:
For long term rents (more than 1 month) the terms and conditions can be different. Depends on the period of reservation.
