In the hush of morning, our team gathers in the kitchen to craft khanom jok - a cherished Songkran dessert, a rice dumpling filled with smoky sweet coconut and wrapped in banana leaves. This recipe, passed down through four generations, belongs to our Front Office Manager’s family. A tribute to time-honoured rituals and the gentle rhythm of the Lanna New Year.

Enjoy a curated menu showcasing authentic flavours through seven traditional festive dishes crafted by Sela’s Chiang Mai-born chefs. Each dish honours culinary traditions cherished by local families across generations. The hotel's team members will also prepare Khanom Jock, a customary New Year sweet, offering you a taste and spirit of family gatherings.
