According to the documented evidence, our first tobacco drying barn was built as late as in 1955 or longer than 60 years ago. ded by multi-decades old trees, the contemporary amphitheater and the new photogenic café renovated from our most unique twin- tobacco drying barn with a state of art design concept to highlight the historic value of the building and the surrounding biodiversity.

จากหลักฐานทางเอกสาร โรงบ่มใบยาสูบโรงแรกในพื้นที่เก๊าไม้ล้านนานั้นก่อตั้งขึ้นอย่างช้าสุดในปีพ.ศ.2498 หรือ ค.ศ. 1955 หรือเป็นเวลา 60 กว่าปีมาแล้ว

โครงการ Estate 1955 จะประกอบไปด้วยถนนประวัติศาสตร์ที่เรียงรายไปด้วยแถวโรงบ่มใบยาสูบโบราณที่แวดล้อมไปด้วยต้นไม้ใหญ่อายุหลายสิบปี, ลาน Amphitheater และ ร้านกาแฟที่ดัดแปลงมาจากโรงบ่มใบยาสูบโบราณลักษณะเตาแฝดที่มีอยู่เพียงอาคารเดียวในพื้นที่รีสอร์ท ผ่านการออกแบบที่เน้นถึงคุณค่าสถาปัตยกรรมทางประวัติศาสตร์ และการอนุรักษ์ไม้ใหญ่และธรรมชาติบริเวณใกล้เคียง

Each ingredient has been thoughtfully reimagined into a delicate jelly dessert, featuring colorful spheres filled with distinctive flavors made from seasonal produce and locally sourced ingredients.

Anyone who has walked through a blooming Calamansi grove will recognize its distinctive aroma, fresh, floral, and gently sweet. It is a fragrance that usually exists only for a brief moment among the trees.

Our concept was to capture that experience in a cup of tea. 🌙🦉 A new home… for our little friends at Kaomai
If you look closely around certain corners of the Kaomai Educational Forest Area, you may notice a “small house” placed on our trees.
This is a nest box, thoughtfully designed for nocturnal birds of prey found in our area, such as owls and barn owls, as well as small creatures like flying squirrels that share this habitat with us. 🐿️🌿

This project reflects our intention to create a space that supports wildlife, allowing them to safely settle and make use of the area without disturbance.
For now, we’re excitedly waiting to see who will become the first resident of this new home. In the future, we plan to install day-and-night cameras to observe and learn more about wildlife behavior up close, while continuing to respect their natural habitat as much as possible.
Let’s discover together who will become the new owner... of this little home. 🏡
