🌿 Important Announcement 🌿

Dear valued guests and friends,

We would like to inform you that Tonnam Homestay is no longer partnered with Airbnb since October 2024.

Unfortunately, our previous Airbnb listing was created and managed by a former employee under their personal account and bank details. Because of this, we no longer have access to that listing and cannot manage or verify any bookings made through Airbnb.

In recent months, guests have arrived at our property with Airbnb reservations that we sadly could not honour, as those bookings were made through an account not connected to us. We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused.

We have contacted Airbnb Support to report the situation and to request that the unauthorised listing be removed or transferred. The issue is currently under investigation.
