🔹𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗞𝗟𝗜𝗡 🔸️𝗖𝗛𝗢𝗘𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗢𝗜 : Thai Craft Spirit from Choeng Doi Distillery, Chiang Mai. A Thai craft distillery hidden in the richness of nature of Doi Luang Chiang Dao. The drink is made from 🌾Sanpatong sticky rice, 💦 natural mineral water, 🍍Phu Lae pineapple, 🫒longan, 🥭mango, 💐 jasmine, 🎋sugarcane and selected herbs, distilled in a copper pot with heat from coconut shell charcoal to give a clean, pure taste, with a delicate warm aroma in every drop, allowing the drinker to experience the local Thainess with no additives.
Every drop of "SONKLIN - CHOENG DOI" goes through an environmentally friendly production process. Fuel is from natural firewood and bagasse. Fermented bagasse from the production process becomes food for ducks and geese in contracted rice fields that are free from burning and reduce the use of chemicals.
The label is inspired by the patterns of local Chiang Mai woven fabrics, which convey the balanced beauty of nature, combining modernity and traditional culture.
