We are beyond honored to receive the Booking.com Traveller Review Award 2025 with a remarkable score of 9.3/10!

A huge thank you to our wonderful guests for your trust and for sharing your experiences with us. This milestone wouldn't have been possible without the incredible support from the Booking.com team in Bangkok and, most importantly, my dedicated colleagues. Your passion for hospitality and commitment to maintaining guest feelings—from pre-arrival to post-stay—is what makes this success "perfect."

Let’s keep delivering those 5-star experiences together! 🌟

"Our score of 9.9/10 from 2,412 reviews stands as a powerful testament to our unwavering standards.✨

Despite the geopolitical challenges that have inevitably impacted international travel, we have successfully restored our occupancy rate to over 80% this month, while maintaining a strong ADR (Average Daily Rate). We admit this was a formidable challenge to overcome.

This achievement is a direct result of our dedicated staff, who continue to welcome every guest with consistent, home-like warmth. We look forward to welcoming those currently traveling to stay with us. Wishing everyone good health and safety."
