It's a three storey building house located in the Old City of Chiang Mai, just a minute walk from 3 Kings Monument and Chiang Mai City Arts & Cultural Center....And only 2 stepts away from a hidden kitchen of the most delicious Thai cuisine, Krua Sabai. You will have the whole 2nd floor of 40 square meters. Private Bedroom =25 sq.m and the rest is the living area + coffee bar + balcony + bathroom

at the balcony. (Note: I‘ll have to walk pass the stairway to 3rd floor)

Coffee/Tea Bar: Refrigerator*kettle* toaster* simple kitchenary *tea/coffee-sink

Room Amenity: Wi-Fi in all area * fan *Hair dryer *Towels *Closet/cloths rack (No Aircon)

Very center but very peaceful….lots of birds squirrels !!
