หลังจากเกือบหกปี ผมชนะคดีทั้งศาลชั้นต้น ศาลอุทรณ์ ตอนนี้ศาลฎีกา (ศาลสูงสุดของประเทศไทย) ก็ได้ตัดสินคดีครั้งสุดท้ายในวันที่ 10 มีนาคม 2569
ภรรยาชาวไทยของผม ซึ่งเป็นแม่ของลูกทั้ง 3 คนของเรา เธอต้องคืนทรัพย์สินทั้งหมดในประเทศไทยให้กับผม
คดีนี้แสดงให้เห็นว่า ชาวต่างชาติก็มีสิทธิ์ได้รับการปฏิบัติอย่างยุติธรรมและเท่าเทียมกัน จากศาลในประเทศไทย.
After close to six years and after winning the case on two levels of the Thai legal system, the supreme court of Thailand has delivered the final verdict on 10th of March 2026.
