Beautiful 🎄 — Get ready to see the 15-meter-tall “Woven Christmas Tree” at Central Chiang Mai Airport!

This stunning creation is a collaboration between Central Chiang Mai Airport, the Faculty of Architecture, Chiang Mai University, and VASSANA, bringing to life a magnificent Christmas tree crafted from bamboo, Thailand’s treasured economic and cultural material.

Inspired by the royal initiatives of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother, who dedicated efforts to support Thai craftsmanship and bamboo weaving, this one-of-a-kind “Woven Christmas Tree” celebrates local artistry and community spirit.

It’s a beautiful blend of tradition, creativity, and festive joy — proudly made by Chiang Mai’s local artisans to preserve and honor Thailand’s cultural heritage. 💛✨
