𝗧𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝗣𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗘𝗬
นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญของ Raya Heritage กับการจัดงาน Spice Journey ซึ่งเป็นครั้งแรกที่โรงแรมได้รวบรวมกิจกรรมด้านอาหาร วัฒนธรรม และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นไว้อย่างครบถ้วนภายในวันเดียว สร้างประสบการณ์ที่ดึงดูดแขกผู้ร่วมงานตั้งแต่ช่วงบ่ายจนถึงค่ำ
ผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้ร่วมเดินทางผ่านเรื่องราวของเครื่องเทศ ตั้งแต่จุดกำเนิดและเส้นทางการค้าซึ่งหล่อหลอมวัฒนธรรมอาหารในภูมิภาค สู่กิจกรรมสาธิตการรังสรรค์ค็อกเทลและม็อกเทลที่ใช้เครื่องเทศเป็นส่วนผสม เรียนรู้การปรุงเครื่องเทศสำคัญของล้านนาอย่าง "พริกลาบ" ผ่านการถ่ายทอดจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ พร้อมชมการสาธิตการปรุงอาหารท้องถิ่น ก่อนปิดท้ายด้วยบุฟเฟต์อาหารค่ำในคอนเซ็ปต์ Crossroads ที่นำเสนอรสชาติจากพม่า ยูนนาน ลาว และล้านนา ถ่ายทอดความเชื่อมโยงของวัฒนธรรมอาหารผ่านเครื่องเทศในรูปแบบร่วมสมัย
ความสำเร็จของงานในครั้งนี้นั้นเกิดขึ้นไม่ได้หากปราศจากการสนับสนุนจากแขกผู้มีเกียรติทุกท่าน รวมถึงความร่วมมือและความทุ่มเทของวิทยากร เชฟ พันธมิตร และทีมงานทุกฝ่าย ที่ร่วมกันถ่ายทอดคุณค่าและเรื่องราวของมรดกทางอาหาร เพื่อสร้างความตระหนักถึงความสำคัญของการอนุรักษ์และต่อยอดภูมิปัญญาทางวัฒนธรรมให้คงอยู่ต่อไป
การเดินทางของ Spice Journey จะยังคงดำเนินต่อไป โดยจุดหมายถัดไปคือ Tamarind Village Chiang Mai ในวันที่ 6 สิงหาคม 2569 ก่อนจะปิดท้ายการเดินทางของปีนี้ที่ Rayavadee ในเดือน พฤศจิกายน 2569

For the first time, Raya Heritage brought together a full day of experiences celebrating the rich world of spices, food and culture. From early afternoon until evening, our guests enjoyed a journey that explored the origins of spices, their historic trade routes and the lasting influence they have had on the culinary traditions of Southeast Asia.
Throughout the day, guests joined interactive cocktail and mocktail demonstrations featuring local spices, discovered the art of blending traditional Lanna spices such as “Prik Laab”, watched our chefs prepare regional dishes, and concluded the experience with a Crossroads dinner buffet showcasing the familiar and comforting flavors of Myanmar, Yunnan, Laos and Lanna.
This special event would not have been possible without the support of our valued guests, inspiring speakers, dedicated partners, talented chefs and every member of our team. Together, we celebrated the stories behind spices and reflected on the importance of preserving and passing on our rich culinary heritage for future generations.
Our Spice Journey continues.
