Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC)

ABOUT TDAC
Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is an online form developed to replace the paper-based arrival card, aiming to provide convenience for all foreigners entering Thailand by air, land, or sea. It is used to submit entry information and health declaration details, as authorized by the Ministry of Public Health of Thailand, before arriving in the country.

WHO SUBMIT?
All foreigners entering Thailand are required to submit the Thailand Digital Arrival Card before their arrival, except for :
- Foreigners transiting or transferring in Thailand without going through immigration control.
- Foreigners entering Thailand using a Border Pass.

WHEN SUBMIT?
Foreigners should submit their arrival card information 3 days in advance of arriving in Thailand, including the date of arrival.

HOW TO USE SYSTEM
To submit the Digital Arrival Card, foreigner can access the ​Immigration Bureau website at http://tdac.immigration.go.th . You can choose to submit or update your information as follows :

►Group submission
You can update the submitted information anytime before your travel.

Remark :
- All details must be entered in English.
- For dropdown fields, you can type three characters of the desired information, and the system will automatically display relevant options for selection.
- Please note that the Thailand Digital Arrival Card is not visa.
- Please note that you will not be able to update the following information:
1) Full Name (In Passport)
2) Passport No.
3) Nationality / Citizenship
4). Date of Birth

On December 19, 2024, Peaks Garden Juristic Person carried out a thorough cleaning of the area around the building to remove dirt and grime left behind by the flooding in October. This effort was undertaken to restore the cleanliness and comfort of our shared spaces, ensuring a pleasant environment for all residents.

You may now return to stay in the condominium; however, please note that the elevator is still not operational as we are awaiting the arrival of spare parts, which will take at least two weeks. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused during this time.

Due to the recent flooding in Chiang Mai, Peaks Garden Condominium has been significantly impacted by water intrusion. We are undertaking urgent renovations and cleaning efforts to restore the property to normal living conditions as soon as possible.

Please be informed that the building’s water supply is currently compromised, with discoloration and an unpleasant odor, and both internet and TV services are temporarily unavailable. Additionally, the elevators have been deactivated for safety reasons, as water has entered the elevator’s machine room.

We will provide updates as the situation improves and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
