Dear Friends, did you hear Thailand will be reopening next month, with some countries not having to quarantine ?? We hope you haven't forgotten our beautiful country just yet! Thailand has been hit hard by covid, and albeit a slow start to reopening, we are looking forward to perhaps welcoming some more visitors in the next months. We hope everyone has been keeping well, and safe, and we'll be sharing some updates soon. Any Travel plans on the cards for you? Let us know, we'd love to hear :)

Dear Friends, ⭐️

sorry it has been so long since we last posted. Quite a bit has happened in the last couple months..Some of you may or may not know, that my father got sick October last year, and we spent many weeks in hospital together. It was a very difficult time for our family. He is now at home recovering, and trying his absolute best to get his strength back - - it is a slow process but every little milestone means a lot.

For those of you who have written to us, asking how he is and how our family is coping with the backlash of Covid -- thank you so much. It is really touching to know we are being thought of. You are all so wonderful, and we are truly lucky to have been able to welcome such lovely guests, and really friends, to our garden over the years.

Unfortunately covid hit us quite hard due to the international travel ban, and it's been months since we've had a single guest. We have though, kept all our staff on - - knowing that we need to stick together in these difficult times. We are renovating certain areas as much as we can for the moment, and tending to the garden, and hope to welcome guests back soon.

Chiang Mai itself has been quite lucky with our covid numbers.
Things are slowly , slowly, getting back to normal here. But unfortunately a couple places/businesses in town have their signs up for rent, or have sold their place. But I truly believe Chiang mai can and will get back on it's feet

That being said, we know a lot of our guests also have small businesses - - bed and breakfasts, restaurants, bars, online shops, and small family businesses. If there is anything we can do to help you, whether it be recommending/posting/sharing/ please let us know. It is so important that we keep our small businesses alive and help eachother where we can. Since we've had no guests, we've also had no new reviews or feedback, which are important for any business. Please let us know how we can help, and we'd be happy to do what we can.

We hope all of you have been safe during this time. Let us know how you are doing. We always love to hear from our friends. We will continue to stay positive during these times and continue to think of new ideas and solutions for the time being. Sending all our love to all corners of the world, and hope we see some of you soon again.

Not too bad for a kitchen view 😉 Though our garden can sometimes resemble a mini jungle, we personally love it! We've been having lots of rain these last days, which has been great for the garden. Do you have a view from your kitchen? Show us! 💛

Bamboo for days! Due to some land being sold next to us, we ended up having to make a fence around some parts of our property. Instead of cement or metal, we opted for this beautiful and natural bamboo. A lot of work, but we hope you like it as much as we do!

In Chiang Mai during our hot season? Looking for an escape? We've got the perfect day trip for you! The or is located North of the Chiang Mai city centre. The drive is about an hour an a half, but don't let that stop you. It's so worth the drive, and not like your other waterfalls. The limestone deposits on the stones allow you to climb up and down without it being slippery! ....crystal clear waters, the lush jungle surrounding you, the sounds of nature, what are you waiting for! We are working very hard and are busy with renovations for the new season starting in August! Our is and is so with all the rain we've been getting. We can't wait to welcome our guests in August. Here's a beautiful torch ginger flower from our garden, much love to everyone
