About Us
Wanchai Kapchada was born in the village of SanPuLoei in a traditional Thai home near the current location of Enchanted Garden Bungalows. He spent some years in the local temple as a novice monk.

He and Steve, a gifted chef from America, operated a restaurant in the city of Chiang Mai that was awarded the Best of Chiang Mai award several years.

Seeking to offer visitors specialized lodgings for long or short terms, he designed and built Enchanted Gardens with each bungalow unique and different.. He currently has 19 accommodations (some in the city of Chiang Mai and some in the village) listed with Air Bnb as well as Trip Advisor, Home Away and AgodaHomes. Many guests come through referrals from previous guests. And, happily, many guests come for subsequent stays or extend their current visit.

His knowledge and local contacts prove invaluable in organizing activities at the best price while creating special memories for his guests. He is very personable and friendly and is most enthusiastic about sharing his country and his home with guests.

In addition to Enchanted Garden Bungalows, Wanchai has an extraordinary condo (with an indoor waterfall wall!). This condo is halfway between Kad Suan Kew Shopping Center near the Old City Moat and the Nimmenheimen area which includes Maya Shopping Plaza.
