The official rules on short term tenants should be known-
No.1!. we generally have a monthly rate as we do not accept short term tenants which therefore means that if one is paying the monthly rate then there is no refund if the tenant leaves earlier than the one month-whatever the reason,or in some cases the daily rate of B450 per day may be applied if they prefer.That is the normal practice for all guesthouses in Chiang mai.
3.All tenants should know that at Dee Dee Court we require quiet after 11 PM.WE DO NOT TOLERATE rowdy tenants who selfishly come home late at night intoxicated and wake up the other tenants in the process..Therefore if you are a party animal then do not even think of applying to stay with us.Such selfish immature idiots shall be warned one time but if they again make a problem they shall have to vacate the premises immediately and they shall lose their deposit.
4.The internal phones in every room can be used to call the manager in room 103 at anytime to complain or whatever.Please report any problems in the room like loose taps-etc..
