🍕I’ll let this place to be one of the best and my favorite Pizza place of Chiang Mai, it is called Adirak Pizza. Located on the local area around Chiang Mai University, right next to “Wat Ram poeng” one of the most favorite temple for meditation.
Really love the creativity feeling the passion toward their Pizza and of course the atmosphere here. It’s not easy to find the place, this is such a hidden gem.
I always order Pesto Ricotta pizza with another pizza, but it’s been already too late for 2 of 8” pizza, so I picked only a deep fried cauliflower.
Chiang Mai is still very quiet! I’ll keep update by writing and showing many hidden things of my hometown as much as I can.

Khao Soi Khun Yai
is a popular restaurant famous for its Khao Soi dish. The Khao Soi with chicken/pork is 40 Baht (or 50 Baht for the large portion) and cooked with an authentic recipe including coconut milk. You can also order it with pork or beef. As well as Khao Soi there are a few other noodle dishes available including rice noodles in a clear soup, Ba Mee noodles and a spicy noodle soup. There are also 20 Baht iced juice drinks with the choice of lotus root, longan or guava juice.

‘ข้าวซอยคุณยาย’ เป็นร้านข้าวซอยที่อยู่บริเวณคูเมืองด้านใน จุดเด่นของร้านนี้ต้องยกให้รสชาติที่เข้มข้นของน้ำข้าวซอย หวานมันกลมกล่อม ซึ่งเป็นสูตรเฉพาะของคุณยายเอง เมื่อตักราดมาบนเส้นเล็กเหนียวนุ่ม แล้ววางเนื้อที่ตุ๋นจนเปื่อยได้ที่ลงไป ก็ยิ่งเข้ากันได้ดี มาถึงร้านข้าวซอยคุณยายก็ต้องสั่งข้าวซอยไก่และข้าวซอยเนื้อ เพราะร้านนี้ใช้น่องไก่ชิ้นใหญ่ ตุ๋นจนเนื้อนุ่ม ส่วนเนื้อก็ตุ๋นนานจนเปื่อย ส่วนเมนูอื่นๆ ร้านข้าวซอยคุณยายก็มีก๋วยเตี๋ยวลูกชิ้นน้ำใสและก๋วยเตี๋ยวต้มยำไว้เป็นอีกทางเลือก

Wat Rong Khun, Chiang Rai or White temple
The temple was built to be dedicated to the Buddha by Chalermchai Kositpipat. The temple is pure white. Decorated with glittering white glass. And beautiful murals.

เส้นทางศึกษาธรรมชาติ “ผาดอกเสี้ยว” ระยะทาง 3 กิโลเมตร ระหว่างทางนอกจากได้ใกล้ชิดธรรมชาติแล้วยังได้ชมความสวยงามของน้ำตกผาดอกเสี้ยวรวมถึงศึกษาธรรมชาติสองข้างทางและเพลิดเพลินกับ “นาขั้นบันได” ในหุบเขาได้อีกด้วย

Nature trial "Pha Dok Siaw" about 3 kilometer long. where you’ll see exotic wildlife and plants, the scenic views terraced rice fields, and more beautiful waterfall.
