Tong Siam (ตงเซียม)

This building used to be our home. It’s a Chinese pharmacy that encompassed with a traditional lifestyle including market, temple, society, trading area, and resident. Warmly Chinese cohabitation made the traditional lifestyle till present.

We decided to continue this heritage by renovate it to a hostel with the concept “Modern Relaxing among the Traditional Lifestyle” and name it “Tongsiam” that came from the building old name.

As we need to forward Chiangrai’s traditional lifestyle which combined a modernity together. We hope that everybody could be back and stay together as a family. We serve 2 type of the room available for you. There are Dorm and Private room.

Tongsiam was designed and decorated under the “Asian vintage” concept which selects only an Asia unique and details to combine them with the materials and vintage design till achieve this hostel where has a clearly characteristic. It’s a perfect combination and unique of Tongsiam as well.
