สค. ร่วมให้การต้อนรับ คณะเครือข่ายหญิงไทยในยุโรป ในการเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะ ปลัด พม. พร้อมทั้งหารือการดำเนินงานร่วมกัน

วันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2568 เวลา 13.30 น. ณ ห้องประชุมกระทรวง ชั้น 8 อาคารกรมพัฒนาสังคมและสวัสดิการ นายกันตพงศ์ รังษีสว่าง ปลัดกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ เป็นประธานให้การต้อนรับคณะเครือข่ายหญิงไทยในยุโรป ในการเข้าเยี่ยมคารวะปลัดกระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์ นำโดย นางจุฑาทิพย์ ตาฬุมาศสวัสดิ์ ซีเบน ประธานเครือข่ายหญิงไทยในยุโรป และคณะ เพื่อร่วมหารือการขับเคลื่อนการดำเนินงานร่วมกันกับ กระทรวง พม. ในการเป็นเจ้าภาพจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการระดับภูมิภาคไทย-ยุโรป พ.ศ. 2569 ท้าทาย เปลี่ยนแปลง ก้าวตามแสงแห่งฝัน (Challenges & Changes Beyond Borders) วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปิดพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ของหญิงไทยในต่างแดน เพื่อสะท้อนศักยภาพ โอกาส และความท้าทายจากบริบทที่หลากหลาย เสริมบทบาทหญิงไทยและเครือข่าย ในฐานะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลง ที่สามารถนำความรู้และประสบการณ์ไปขยายผลและสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้ผู้อื่น รวมถึงร่วมกำหนดแนวทางขับเคลื่อนและข้อเสนอเชิงนโยบาย ระดับเครือข่ายไทย–ยุโรป เพื่อให้สอดคล้องบความต้องการของหญิงไทยยุคใหม่ ทั้งด้านสิทธิความปลอดภัย การเข้าถึงข้อมูล และการเตรียมพร้อมก่อนย้ายถิ่น โดยมี นางจตุพร โรจนพานิช อธิบดีกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว นางสุดา สุหลง รองอธิบดีกรมกิจการสตรีและสถาบันครอบครัว คณะผู้บริหารกระทรวง พม. ข้าราชการ และเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง เข้าร่วมให้การต้อนรับ และประชุมหารือดังกล่าว

Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development Welcomes the Thai Women Network in Europe for a Courtesy Visit to the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security and a Joint Discussion on Future Collaboration

On 19 November 2025 at 13:30, at the Ministry Conference Room, 8th Floor, Department of Social Development and Welfare Building, Mr. Kantapong Rangsisawang, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (MSDHS), presided over the welcome for the delegation from the Thai Women Network in Europe, led by Mrs. Jutatip T. Sieben, President of TWNE. The delegation paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretary and engaged in discussions on potential collaborative efforts with the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.

The meeting focused on preparations for the 2026 Thailand–Europe Regional Workshop, under the theme “Challenges & Changes Beyond Borders”, for which Thailand will serve as host. The workshop aims to create a platform for Thai women living abroad to exchange experiences, reflect their potential, highlight opportunities and challenges in diverse contexts, and strengthen the role of Thai women and network members as agents of change. Insights and experiences gained will be used to inspire others and contribute to shaping strategic directions and policy recommendations for the Thailand–Europe network. Topics include the needs of modern Thai women, particularly regarding safety and rights, access to information, and pre-migration preparedness.

Also present to welcome the delegation and join the discussions were Mrs. Jatuporn Rojanaparnich, Director-General of the Department of Women’s Affairs and Family Development, Ms. Suda Sulong, Deputy Director-General, executives of the Ministry, civil servants, and relevant officials.
