Important information
Please note that guests are required by the house to settle the deposit 70% via bank transfer. The hotel will email guests directly with information on how to do so.

Please arrange all the Payment before lodging or extending your rental contract.
2. Check in ตั้งแต่เวลา 14:00 น.ของวันที่เข้าพัก Check out ไม่เกิน 12:00 น.ของวันถัดไป
Check-in at 14.00 hrs and Check-out before noon 12.00 hrs
3. Check out เกินเวลา ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00-16.00 น. คิดค่าบริการ 50% ของราคาที่พัก
Exceeding check-out time, during 13.00 – 16.00 hrs, will result in extra charge at 50% of house rate.
4. Check out เกินเวลา ตั้งแต่เวลา 16:00 น. คิดค่าบริการห้องพักเต็มราคา
Full room charge of an extra night shall be applied to the check-out done later than 16.00 hrs.
5. โปรดรักษาความสะอาดภายในอาคารบ้านพักและห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในที่พัก. Guest pets are not allowed.
6. ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ภายในบ้าน เเละ ห้องนอน
No smoking in the house and the bedroom.
7. สิ่งของภายในบ้านพัก หากชำรุดหรือ เสียหาย ผู้เช่าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบ
During your stay, you are fully responsible for all damages and lost items provided in the house
8. ห้ามนำวัตถุไวไฟ วัตถุอันตราย สิ่งเสพติดผิดกฎหมายทุกชนิดเข้ามาภายในที่บ้านพัก
Inflammables, hazardous materials, narcotic, and other illegal objects are strictly prohibited.
9. ห้ามก่อการทะเลาะวิวาทในบริเวณที่พัก
Aggressive quarrels are prohibited.
10. กรุณารักษาทรัพย์สินของท่านด้วยตนเองหากชำรุดหรือ สูญหาย ทางบ้านพักจะไม่รับผิด ชอบใดๆทั้งสิ้น. We do not take any responsibilities for any damages or losses of your belongings.
11. กรุณาลดเสียงดังหลังเวลา 23.00 น. Please Deactivate noise after 23.00 pm.
12. บ้านพักจะไม่รับผิดชอบ หากเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัยใดๆ อันเนื่องเกิดจากผู้เข้าพักได้กระทำขึ้น. We are not responsible If any force majeure caused by the actions of their Guests.
13. เมื่อโอนเงินแล้ว กรุณาโทรแจ้ง หรือ ยืนยันการโอน ให้ทางบ้านพักทราบอีกครั้ง

14. หากท่านจะเช็คอินนอกเวลาทำการของแผนกต้อนรับ โปรดแจ้งให้ทางบ้านพักทราบล่วงหน้า
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform huahinweekendhouse in advance.
15. กรณียกเลิก ที่พักขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนค่าจอง หรือ ค่ามัดจำ ใดๆทั้งสิ้น. (กรุณาตรวจสอบข้อมูลของที่พัก เเละ ความพร้อมของท่านให้แน่ใจก่อน การโอนเงิน)
Cancellation Homes reserves the right to refund the booking fee or deposit of any kind. (Please check the details of your accommodation and the availability to make sure the transfer).
