a fresh tuna served with soy & honey vinaigrette, avocado, and truffle.

Truffle Pork tenderloin; a grilled pork tenderloin with mashed potatoes
and black truffle served with special bacon pork rolls with mushroom sauce.

Tarte Normande; a homemade apple tart served with vanilla ice cream,
crème anglaise, and chocolate truffle sauce.
