The Prince was the first member of the Thai royal family who built his palace here in Hua Hin as his ‘summer home’ for his family members. It is of deep sadness to have to say goodbye and announce that Laksasubha Hua Hin Resort has been permanently closed and ceased of operation as a hotel since June 1, 2025.

It’s been operating for 17 years under my ownership/ management, I myself , M.L. Laksasubha Kridakon and my mother Khun Abha Kridakon, my daughter Abhasiri Chutikul and my son Thira Chutikul wishes to thank you our loyal guests who had been returning to our resort time after time, years after years, who from being our guests has become our friends and became part of the Laksasubha family.

Our family land that was handed down from my great grandfather His Royal Highness Prince Nares Vorariddhi Kridakon the best landmark of Hua Hin situated in front of the ‘ Stone heads’ rocks on the pristine beach right in the center of HuaHin town.

Laksasubha Hua Hin Resort was once called Baan Laksasubha HuaHin…the reflection of my feelings of my home and a home that I shared with my family and friends who’s staffs was trained to serve our guests at their best of their abilities and to ensure that your stays are memorable. I also wish to express my sincere thanks to our my Laksasubha Hua Hin Resort staffs past and present to help me make Laksasubha Hua Hin Resort one of the best stand alone boutique beach resort in Hua Hin.

But fortunately, it will not be my last good bye with my land as I have decided to re-invest on the best beach front condominium on the same property with the Noble Real Estate Developer who will turn our Laksasubha HuaHin Resort into a Beautiful condominium of over 100 units beachfront and seaview - right on the same property which I will be keeping a few units to still come back and make my family beach condo and still return to enjoy the uniquely beautiful and tranquil lifestyle of what HuaHin stands for. Please stay tuned for more information for those who wished to come back to enjoy Laksasubha Hua Hin Resort now you can be part of owning ‘the greatest Hua Hin spot’ as your own.

It is Not a sad good bye to Laksasubha HuaHin Resort but the beginning of a new chapter of my journey into the real estate development- still on the same property which I love dearly,
