Sustainability is part of how we care for our hillside home, guided by a simple principle of using resources thoughtfully and creating less waste. Rainwater nourishes our gardens, used cooking oil is transformed into candles with FRYCYCLE, and our glass-bottling system reduces the use of around 100,000 plastic bottles each year. By growing our own ingredients and choosing local produce, this approach extends to our kitchen and the community around us.
