Lotus Village Lotus Village is a small sub-division in a quiet and peaceful part of Khanom, close to the beach and town centres. Lots vary in size from 324 sqm - 832 sqm

Khanom is growing quickly, and this is your chance to buy a freehold title lot near the beach, on level, solid, buildable land with good soil. Our lots are well sized for single or duplex houses, inexpensive by Khanom standards. Mains electricity is available (although we encourage buyers to consider installing solar power), and there is abundant underground water available. Two vehicle access points are available: from Nadan Beach Road, and Soi Sabai. The developer can assist with house designs and construction management.
