We have a separate kitchen where we prepare vegetarian and vegan dishes, and we strictly do not use any fish or oyster sauce or any other powders that contain animal by-products in our recipes. We tell our guests about dishes that do not contain dairy, so that vegans can trust us and eat accordingly to personal choices they would have decided to make.
