Come and visit us and experience the magic. We cater to vegetarians and vegans, as we fully understand what that means, and hence you will find several vegetarian and vegan items on the menu. We have a separate kitchen where we prepare vegetarian and vegan dishes, and we strictly do not use any fish or oyster sauce or any other powders that contain animal by-products in our recipes. We tell our guests about dishes that do not contain dairy, so that vegans can trust us and eat accordingly to personal choices they would have decided to make. We also do our best to cater to guests who have certain food allergies, and we will go out of our way to prepare dishes that are not even on the menu. We promise that you won't be disappointed. It’s been just over 2 years since we started on the biggest adventure of our lives. It had always been our dream to run a small Cafe and a Guesthouse, and serve travelers to the best of our capability. Just with that simple dream, we had taken the first baby steps and started Cafe 2401 and Guesthouse, on 15th of March 2017.

And we must admit what an incredible journey it has been.

We have been treated to some spectacular sunsets, glorious views of a constantly changing canvas, and most importantly, we have been infinitely blessed to have crossed paths with some amazing people. We couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Throughout these last couple of years, we have tirelessly worked with the same intensity and passion as when we had started on this adventure.

We had immense faith in our ability, trust in this creation and our primary focus had always been YOU, our guest. We lived every moment of our lives putting your needs above ours. At a conscious as well as at a subconscious level, we always strived to do everything we could in order to make your time with us worthwhile. There were many challenges along the way, but our faith was unwavering.

We couldn’t have reached where we have, without your support. This journey wouldn’t have been so much fun without you. And we can’t thank you enough.

This evening, on the 31st of March 2019, we closed Cafe 2401 and Guesthouse for the last time.

The last couple of years has taken a toll on our energy. After all, we are human too. It’s time to rest our bodies and minds for a while and replenish our spent energy, before we move on to the next adventure in our life.

We might forget names, faces might fade, but the memories of our time spent in building and nurturing Cafe 2401 and Guesthouse with you, will remain forever.
