A heartfelt congratulations to our 16 pioneering Department Trainers on successfully completing the Train The Trainer program.

Over the past two days, each of you has taken an important step in strengthening your knowledge, refining your facilitation skills, and developing the confidence to inspire and empower others through learning.

Being a Trainer is more than simply delivering knowledge. It is about sharing experiences, inspiring growth, and creating meaningful learning moments that make a lasting difference within our teams. 🌱

Thank you for your dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment throughout this journey. May this be the beginning of a meaningful role where you continue to share knowledge, nurture talent, and inspire those around you to grow.

Together, we learn.

🌱 From Food Waste to New Beginnings

At Marasca Samui, we believe sustainability starts with small actions that create a bigger impact.

This time, we proudly handed over 70 kilograms of compost made from our own food waste, to Na Ta Jet — transforming what was once waste into something that can give back to the land and our community. 🌿

We also had a meaningful conversation with Pa Nui and Uncle Jet about how we can continue working together to make Koh Samui a more sustainable place.

And this is just the beginning.

In October, we look forward to coming together for forest restoration and rice planting activities — reconnecting with nature, supporting the local community, and creating something meaningful for the future of our island. 🌳🌾

Because sustainability isn’t just about what we do today.
It’s about what we choose to leave behind for tomorrow.

Small actions. Shared purpose. A more sustainable Samui.
