WE ARE LOOKING FOR CHEF MANAGER
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Chef Manager to prepare a variety of , food, juice , desserts, pastries. Your skill in cooking high quality treats should be matched by your creativity to develop new amazing tastes and recipes.
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in culinary arts with a passion for cooking, and creations. They must adhere to health and safety standards to provide clients with the best possible serving.
The goal is to enhance customer satisfaction so that we can maintain and expand our clientele.
Chef Manager Responsibilities
Responsibilities
· Prepare a wide variety of foods following traditional and modern recipes
· Create new and exciting to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
· Stock control and inventory
· Check quality of material and condition of equipment and devices used for cooking
· Identify staffing needs and help recruit and train personnel
· Maintain a lean and orderly cooking station and adhere to health and safety standards
Requirements
· Male of Female
· Foreigner or Thai
· Proven experience as Sous Chef relevant role
· Great attention to detail and creativity
· Organizing and leadership skills
· Willingness to replenish professional knowledge
· In depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation, costing, food waste control, sources of supplier
· Working knowledge of local ingredient interested in wellness and vegan recipe is more advantage
Work Location: Samui branch
Work hours: Six days a week with 08.00/17.00 or more. In line to follow, fully supervise and control all services and requirements.
Benefit: Social security
Salary : 35,000 THB per month negotiable
