Dear Villa Manager
We are looking for a property manager for our beautiful villa.
Villa Playa is situated in Choeng Mon Bay on Koh Samui, we are neighboured by Six Senses Resort.
The villa manager is responsible for the following tasks.
Villa Maintenance and Cleaning.
- Organizing the cleaning of the villa twice a week when occupied and once a week when not occupied.
- Organizing the laundry to be washed after every guest and manage that all the linen is in good condition, give replacement advised when required.
- Manage all cleaning consumables, to ensure proper cleaning.
- Ensure that all small repairs are executed in a speedy manner, to be approved by owners.
- Assign jobs to cleaning crew and the gardener.
- Be available for emergency calls when guests are staying at the villa.
Guest Arrivals
- Get in touch with the guests prior to arrival and offer any information when required.
- Assist the guests with airport or ferry transport when required.
- Ensure before arrival that the villa has been cleaned and all is in full working order.
- Provide a welcome pack that included basic provisions, manage the stock for this at the villa.
- Give the guest a welcoming tour at arrival and explain all ins and outs.
Guest Departures
- Organize necessary transfers on request.
- Check if the villa is in full working order, check inventory and damages.
- Deal with any damage charge if required, consult owners.
- Check out and receive payment for goods used/consumed and the electricity used if applicable.
- Organize cleaning and prepare the villa for the next guests.
Management Fees
- Flat fee 5,000 Baht
- Commission per rental: 5% over net rental amount only.
- Villa Manager commission on self-made bookings 10%.
Requirements
- English language required; Thai preferred – all other is a plus point.
- Age – 25 until 65 years.
- Own car and Thai driving license.
- At least 3-5 years accommodation management experience.
