All your posts or private messages show that everyone knows in Thailand that corruption is everywhere, at all levels, and that the Thai mafia is powerful and scares Thais first.

Those who benefit and who are silent are the police (totally corrupt in Koh Samui), the crooked lawyers like Suthep, the henchmen in State Departments who make lot of cash with fake visas, fake building permits, fake operating licenses for Hotels, Restaurants, Bars, and lots of farang, who earn a lot of money with tourism.

Only the Thai people do not benefit ! He earns an average of less than 11,000 THB (271 EUROS, U.S. $ 359) per month, and he says nothing because he is afraid of the mafia, corrupt police and other corrupt Officials too.

I have a lot of evidence, because I saw on place in Koh Samui the mafia system. I have refused to participate, which has earned me a threat of death August 2, 2012 for example.

Some people want me to disappear from the internet and shut me up. But this is not the case, more revelations will come very quickly.

How to get a fake building permit to Koh Samui, THAILAND ?

Very simple: you will see Mr. Suthep Phetmeekaew («lawyer», S.Samui Business Co., Ltd. No. 23/9-10, Maenam, Koh Samui, Suratthani, Thailand 84330 Mobile no. (081) 970-8562 Fax. (077) 247-568). He'll claim 150,000 THB in cash.

He will contact an accomplice architect will tamper with your plans to make sure they correspond to the law, even if your actual situation does not allow you.

Suthep then pay an accomplice to the Building Permits State Department in Koh Samui, rewarded in cash to sign the false plans and cover with the official Government stamp. So you get a «true» fake building permit.

Suthep will call you to ask you to "lose deliberately" all false plans that have enabled to obtain the building permit : his accomplice at the Building Permits State Department in Koh Samui will do the same. Thus, in case of control of the Authorities in Bangkok, you will show the official building permit document signed and stamped, and Suthep’s accomplice will do the same. If the Authorities ask to see the plans, his accomplice and you answer that you do have lost them. You're so quiet that your building permit is official, paid 150,000 THB from fake plans with henchmen in the Building Permits State Department and a shady "lawyer" in Koh Samui.

Note: If the Head Officer of the Building Permits State Department in Koh Samui changes, becomes more greedy, or is it too risky for him, the price will change once you have paid the initial 150,000 THB. This can go 100,000 to THB 500,000 THB more. If you say no, you can be sure you will control once the construction of your home, hotel, restaurant will be finished and opened, and they will close because your plans did not meet the law, without any form of trial, and you will lose everything overnight.
