พัฒนาความรู้ ต่อยอดศักยภาพ สู่มาตรฐานที่ดียิ่งขึ้น ✨

เมื่อวันที่ 9 กรกฎาคม 2569 พนักงานแผนกอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม และแผนกครัวโรงแรมปาหนัน กระบี่ รีสอร์ท และโรงแรมในเครือ แท็กทีมร่วมกันเข้าร่วมอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการพัฒนาผู้ประกอบกิจการด้านอาหารและผู้สัมผัสอาหาร โดย สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกระบี่ ณ ห้องประชุมราชพฤกษ์ สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดกระบี่ นำทีมโดย :

On 9 July 2026,our staffs from the Food & Beverage Department and Kitchen Department of Panan Group participating in the "Practical Training Workshop for Food Business Operators and Food Handlers, organized" by the Krabi Provincial Public Health Office at Krabi Provincial Public Health Office.

This training provided employees with valuable knowledge and skills in hygienic food preparation, food quality control, and food safety practices, as well as guidelines for improving operational standards. The knowledge gained can be effectively applied in their daily work, helping to enhance food quality in accordance with established standards and build greater confidence among consumers. ☺️👍

คุณปัทมาวรรณ วาสนาสุขสำราญ ตำแหน่ง Event Manager, คุณเอกนรินทร์ นวลจันทร์ ตำแหน่ง Assistant Banquet Manager, คุณนีรนุช สุวรรณพงศ์ ตำแหน่ง Senior Bar Supervisor, และคุณซาร่า จำนอง ตำแหน่ง Bartender โรงแรมปาหนัน กระบี่ รีสอร์ท และโรงแรมในเครือ ได้เข้าร่วม "โครงการสัมมนาเชิงปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาศักยภาพด้านสุขภาพสู่การส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยว" จัดขึ้นโดย องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกระบี่ ณ ห้องประชุมช้างเผือก องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดกระบี่ เมื่อวันที่ 7 กรกฎาคม 2569 ที่ผ่านมา

การอบรมในครั้งนี้ ทำให้พนักงานได้เรียนรู้การออกแบบเมนูเครื่องดื่มเพื่อสุขภาพ และการใช้นวัตกรรมยกระดับวัตถุดิบชุมชน เพื่อนำมาปรับใช้สร้างสรรค์เมนูพิเศษที่ทั้งอร่อยและดีต่อสุขภาพ ช่วยสร้างความประทับใจและส่งมอบประสบการณ์ Wellness ที่สมบูรณ์แบบให้กับแขกคนสำคัญของเรา ☺️👍
