One of the longest running guesthouses in Krabitown is for sale for a reasonable price. If you want to live the dream, just like i did 11 years ago when i opened the place, you can do it. It makes money if you are willing to put in the time.

Guesthouse with restaurant bar in prime location in Krabitown.
10 rooms of various styles including 3 aircon ensuites (one twin, one double, one triple), a 6-bed AC dorm, 2 fan singles, 3 fan twin rooms, and 1 fan double room with balcony.
The ground floor has ample space for a bar and restaurant. The kitchen, although not currently used, was a great source of income until I lost interest in having a restaurant. It is equipped with ample electric, and extractor hood, and a bunch of kitchen stuff that you may wish to keep. The bar is completely stocked with glasses etc as well as 2 fridges and a very expensive coffee machine that needs a bit of repair.
The top floor has a covered laundry area with washing machines and drying racks, there is also 2 staff rooms on the top floor although one of them we currently use for storage.
We are right in the middle of where all the backpackers end up anyway, right next to Pak-Up, arguably the most well-known hostel in the area. the bus to the beach is across the street and we are one block away from the pier to RayLay. The bus from the airport drops off just up the street. Two of the towns most visited attractions, walking street and the Chao Fah market are just a few minutes walk from us.
What is included in the sale: everything in the building -im not taking anything except my personal belongings like the whey protein and my laptop.. all rooms are already ready to go, you can start making money right away – we recently repainted most of the rooms and common areas as well as the exterior on the front all bathrooms have hot water showers too.
We have an excellent online reputation and multiple booking engines that are already producing bookings for the upcoming season. Simply typing “hostel or guesthouse krabi” produces us on the first page in google.
We will negotiate a long-term rental contract on your behalf with the landlord who we have an excellent relationship with. Monthly rental can be expected to be something like 20-25,000B / month.
Buyer has the option of keeping our staff on board if they desire.
Price: 1.5 million now or 1.2 million after high season (you will make much more than 300k in high season)
Why are you selling it if it is so profitable / awesome? I have been doing this for 11 years now and to be honest my heart just isn't in it anymore. Time for me to move on.
