At the moment ThailandPass system is unstable and they may send out rejection messages without hotel knowledge, informing you that hotel has reject your ThailandPass. As these are the cases for many applicants and many hotels have the same problem. If that is your case we suggest you reapply for ThailandPass again as we cannot access anything at our end. We will keep approving for you until you get your QR code. This is the best we can do.
