🌈 Happy Pride Month 🌈

As a celebrant, I have the privilege of witnessing many beautiful love stories.

Hazel & Rafael's wedding is one that will always hold a special place in my heart.

Not because it was different.

But because it was a beautiful reminder of what love truly looks like.

Love is found in the little things.

In the handwritten notes prepared for loved ones.

In the thoughtful gifts chosen with care.

In the intention behind every detail.

In the way two people make everyone around them feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued.

One of my favorite memories from their wedding was discovering the little "Mint To Be" Tic Tac favors they had prepared. Such a simple detail, yet it perfectly reflected the spirit of their celebration—thoughtful, joyful, personal, and full of meaning.

Their wedding wasn't simply a celebration of a relationship—it was a celebration of kindness, authenticity, and connection.

เป็นงานในวันมหาฤกษ์ ทำให้เราส่งทีมงานที่ไว้ใจได้ไปดูแลในส่วนของ พิธีกรและทีมรันคิว

เราคุยกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง ลงรายละเอียดทุกดีเทล ตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกของการเปิดตัว เดินเข้าวินาทีไหน เจอกันวินาทีไหน
มีความเจ้าหญิง เจ้าชายสุดๆ

เราช่วยออกแบบตั้งแต่ guest experience journey ว่าเข้ามาจะเจอโต๊ะลงทะเบียนตรงไหน รับ token ไปคีบตุ๊กตาโซนไหน ที่จะไม่ขวางทางเดิน และสามารถแวะส่งข้อความ audio guest book ก่อนจะไปถ่ายภาพกับบ่าวสาว และมองเห็นเวทีจากทุกมุม พร้อมฟังเพลงเพราะจาก ร้องมายด์
สถานที่ก็สวยมากกก

ทุกอย่างออกมาราบรื่นเรียบร้อย ละมุน ละไม ขอบคุณคุณกิ๊กมากค่ะ

       กิ๊ก (เจ้าสาว) มีความฝันอยู่แล้วว่าถ้าแต่งงาน ต้องแต่งที่โรงแรมเท่านั้น เพราะผูกพันกับบรรยากาศงานแต่....

สาวจ๋า…
พอเขาขอแต่งงานปุ๊บ ชีวิตจะเข้าสู่จักรวาลใหม่ทันทีค่ะ
จักรวาลที่เต็มไปด้วย Pinterest board, Excel file, group LINE ญาติ และคำว่า
“เอาแบบเรียบง่ายนะลูก”
ที่แปลว่าแขก 600 คน 😂

ก่อนอื่นเลย อยากบอกว่าการจัดงานแต่งไม่มีสูตรตายตัวค่ะ
งานเล็กก็อบอุ่นได้
งานใหญ่ก็ intimate ได้
งานโรงแรมหรูก็สนุกได้
งานในสวนก็ classy ได้เหมือนกัน

เพราะสุดท้ายแล้ว งานแต่งที่ดีที่สุด
ไม่ใช่งานที่แพงที่สุด

แต่คืองานที่ “เป็นตัวของคู่บ่าวสาวที่สุด”

แต่ค่ะ…
ในฐานะคนที่คลุกอยู่ในวงการ wedding มาเยอะ
มี roadmap บางอย่างที่ถ้ารู้ก่อน จะช่วยเซฟทั้งเวลา งบประมาณ และพลังชีวิตได้มาก 😂

อย่างแรกที่สุด ที่อยากให้ทำก่อนเลือกทุกอย่าง คือ…

1. คุยกันก่อนว่า “เราอยากจัดงานแบบไหน”
ยังไม่ต้องไปถึงสีดอกไม้หรือแบบ invitation นะสาว
แค่คุยกันก่อนว่า imagine wedding day ไว้แบบไหน

อยากได้งาน dinner intimate?
งานใหญ่อลังการ?
Beach wedding?
Garden wedding?
Old money elegance?
Modern glam?
Chinese banquet?
After party แบบเพื่อนเต้นยับถึงเที่ยงคืน?

เพราะ mood & tone ของงาน จะเป็นตัวกำหนด direction ทุกอย่างต่อจากนี้เลยค่ะ

2. จำนวนแขก สำคัญกว่า mood board อีก 😂
อันนี้เรื่องจริงมาก

Wedding planner ส่วนใหญ่ เวลาเจอคู่บ่าวสาวครั้งแรก
จะยังไม่ถามธีมสีงานค่ะ
แต่จะถามว่า

“มีแขกประมาณกี่คนคะ”

เพราะ guest count คือ master key ของทั้งงาน

แขก 80 คน กับแขก 800 คน
คือคนละ universe กันเลย 😭

และจำนวนแขก กระทบทุกอย่างจริง ๆ

• ขนาด venue
• ค่าอาหาร
• จำนวนโต๊ะ
• invitation
• ของชำร่วย
• ทีมรันคิว
• production
• parking
• แม้กระทั่งจำนวนห้องน้ำในงานค่ะสาว 😂

หลายคู่เลือก venue จากรูปก่อน
แต่พอ list แขกจริงออกมา… โต๊ะล้น
สุดท้ายต้องตัดแขก หรือต้องเปลี่ยนสถานที่ใหม่ทั้งหมด

เหนื่อยมาก และเสียใจมากด้วย

เพราะฉะนั้น
คุยเรื่อง guest count กันก่อนเลย
ชีวิตจะง่ายขึ้นเยอะจริง ๆ

3. แล้วค่อยมาคุยเรื่อง “งบประมาณ”
ขอพูดในฐานะเพื่อนสาวนะ
Budget ไม่ใช่เรื่องน่าอายเลยค่ะ

งานแต่ง 3 แสน ก็สวยได้
งานแต่ง 3 ล้าน ก็ไม่ได้แปลว่าจะมีความสุขกว่าเสมอไป

สิ่งสำคัญคือ
ต้องรู้ว่า “อยากทุ่มกับอะไร”

บางคู่ serious เรื่องอาหาร
บางคู่ขอภาพสวยอย่างเดียว
บางคู่ไม่แคร์ดอกไม้ แต่ขอวงดนตรีดี
บางคู่ยอมทุกอย่าง แต่ after party ต้องสุด 😂

Wedding planner ที่ดี
เลยไม่ใช่แค่หาของแพง

แต่คือคนที่ช่วย curate ว่า
อะไรคือ must have
และอะไรคือ nice to have

เพราะในโลกงานแต่ง
เงินหมดเร็วมากจริงค่ะสาว 😭

4. เรื่องที่หลายคู่มองข้าม แต่สำคัญมาก…
“ใครคือ decision maker”

อันนี้ sensitive แต่จริงมาก 😂

บางคู่บ่าวสาวตัดสินใจกันเองทั้งหมด
บางคู่คุณพ่อคุณแม่ช่วยออกงบ
บางบ้านคุณแม่มีสิทธิ์ veto ทุกอย่าง
บางบ้านเจ้าบ่าวเงียบ แต่คุณน้าคือ final boss 😭

เรื่องนี้ไม่มีผิดถูกนะคะ
แต่ควรคุยกันตั้งแต่ต้น

เพราะจะช่วยลดดราม่า
และทำให้รู้ว่า เวลาเลือก venue หรือ vendor
จริง ๆ แล้ว “ใครเป็นคนตัดสินใจ”

เชื่อเถอะค่ะ
บางทีเลือกโรงแรมไม่ยากเท่าเลือกว่าจะฟังใคร 😂

5. พอทุกอย่างเริ่มชัด ค่อยไป “กำหนดวันแต่ง”
บางคู่ดูฤกษ์จากพระ
บางคู่ดูซินแส
บางคู่เลือกวันครบรอบ
หรือบางคู่ใช้ฤกษ์สะดวก เพราะคิวงานแน่นเหลือเกิน

แต่ถ้าทำได้
อยากให้ล็อกวันเร็วที่สุดค่ะ

เพราะ venue ดี ๆ
ช่างแต่งหน้าดัง ๆ
ช่างภาพที่ชอบ
และวงดนตรีฮิต ๆ

คิวเต็มเร็วมากกกก 😭

โดยเฉพาะปลายปี หรือ long weekend

(ยกเว้นว่าในใจมี venue ที่รักมากอยู่แล้ว
อันนั้นเช็กคิวสถานที่ก่อนเลยค่ะ แล้วค่อยกำหนดวันตามเขา)

6. ถึงเวลาหาสถานที่
Venue คือ character หลักของงานแต่งเลยค่ะ

เลือกถูก งานสวยไปแล้วครึ่งหนึ่งจริง ๆ

และการเลือก venue
ไม่ใช่ดูแค่ “สวยไหม”

แต่ต้องดูว่า…

• เหมาะกับจำนวนแขกไหม
• mood ตรงกับสิ่งที่เราอยากได้ไหม
• เดินทางง่ายไหม
• parking พอไหม
• package ครอบคลุมอะไรบ้าง
• มี indoor backup ไหมถ้าฝนตก
• ทีมเซลล์และทีม operation น่ารักไหม 😂

อันสุดท้ายสำคัญมากนะสาว

เพราะคนที่เราคุยด้วยตั้งแต่ต้น
จะอยู่กับเราไปจนวันงานเลย

Venue สวยแต่ประสานงานเหนื่อย
เจ้าสาวร้องไห้มาเยอะแล้วค่ะ 😭

7. แล้วเราจะเข้าสู่ดินแดนที่ชื่อว่า Vendor Universe ✨
และนี่แหละ… จุดที่เจ้าสาวจะเริ่มเปิด TikTok ตอนตีหนึ่งทุกคืน 😂

จริง ๆ vendor แบ่งง่าย ๆ เป็น 2 กลุ่ม

7.1 Vendor ที่เกี่ยวกับ “ตัวบ่าวสาว”
คือสิ่งที่จะอยู่บนตัวเราในวันงาน

• ชุดแต่งงาน
• ช่างแต่งหน้า
• ช่างทำผม
• สูท
• รองเท้า
• accessories

เลือกจาก “ความเป็นตัวเอง” สำคัญที่สุด

เพราะวันที่สวยที่สุด
ไม่ใช่วันที่เหมือน Pinterest

แต่คือวันที่มองกระจกแล้วรู้สึกว่า
“นี่แหละ ฉัน”

7.2 Vendor ที่เกี่ยวกับ “ประสบการณ์ของงาน”
กลุ่มนี้คือคนที่ทำให้งาน smooth และ memorable
