Our Story

At the heart of the Reverie Siam Resort lies the Silhouette Bar & Restaurant offering a seductive blend of Contemporary Mediterranean Cuisine with occasional Thai accents to reflect our location. Situated in the Pai valley and with panoramic views of the unspoiled jungle mountains the ambiance is deeply relaxing and inspirational. Diners can choose to be seated in our restaurant overlooking the Hotel gardens, our library and wine cellar, or for a more private experience in our riverside pavilion. With an abundance of locally grown produce our chefs make daily visits to the markets to procure the freshest ingredients supplemented by the organic herbs and vegetables from our own garden. These are prepared and partnered alongside specialty meats, cheeses, boutique wines and craft beers from around the world by our passionate food and beverage team to create a culinary oasis in the Pai valley.
