Mam Yoga Homestay My name is Asoka, affectionately known as Mam and I have over 35 years experience teaching yoga. When I was young girl life was very different than today.

Welcome to Mam's Yoga Homestay located in the beautiful mountains of Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand. It's hard to believe but I have been teaching yoga for over 35 years. We did not have the communication tools, internet connections, frequency of flights that most people take for granted. Traveling to India to learn Hatha Yoga at that time was a very daunting experience but one that has enriched my life, kept me young and looking forward to what the next 30 years would bring. Choose Yoga for Life and Il never looked back.

Our 9 guestrooms provide all the comforts and conveniences guests would expect in a retreat of this class. Each guestroom is self contained including hot shower, double bed, private bathroom, wifi access and a shared communal kitchen with large fridge & cooking facilities. The best part is that our retreat is purched high on a hill top overlooking the town with spectacular mountains vistas.
