My name is Asoka, affectionately known as Mam and I have over 35 years experience teaching yoga. When I was young girl life was very different than today.

Welcome to Mam's Yoga Homestay located in the beautiful mountains of Pai, Mae Hong Son, Thailand. It's hard to believe but I have been teaching yoga for over 35 years.
