1. Thai girl, responsible for various professional business and operational skills at the front desk of the hotel, handling check-in reservations, registration, renewal, room change, check-out and other procedures for guests, answering guests' inquiries, providing guests with enthusiasm, courtesy, accuracy, prompt service;

2. Familiar with the hotel's various policies on guest rooms and product sales, sell value-added service products to guests visiting the store, and complete value-added performance;

3. Master housing dynamics and information, control room status, sell rooms flexibly, strictly enforce hotel service standards, and strive to establish a good brand and public image of the hotel;

4. Follow up the reply work of customer communication during the shift, handle customer complaints and calls, provide timely help to customers and quickly solve reasonable needs and requests raised by customers

5. I hope you are a cat lover and take care of cats in your free time, such as combing cat hair, cutting nails for cats, and cleaning cat toilets

6. At least able to communicate in English, simple communication in Chinese is better

7. Working hours from 12:00 noon to 10:00 pm, one day off a week, salary 13,000-18,000 baht, extra bonuses for important festivals in Thailand, and benefits for birthdays
