It certainly is not the first time I get signals and information from my guests and friends about your filthy and underhanded practices of defamation and spreading nonsense and lies about my person and/or my businesses, but your practices now have reached an intolerable and completely unacceptable level.
Towards other people you describe me as an unreliable liar, a crook, a thief and more.
On top of that you are spreading a ridiculous story about me owing you money.
Although I am not exactly sure what you mean by this,
I suppose you are referring to the 1 month deposit or 35.000 Baht from the rental contract you had with one of my companies at the time.
Well Rob, it looks like your memory starts to be very selective as you seem to remind only the things you want to and tend to forget things that could be disadvantageous for you.
You must have "forgotten" that we agreed that this 1 month deposit would serve to pay off your electric bill of around 8000 Baht, your water bill of around 2000 Baht as well as the house tax of around 30.000 Baht, which left a balance of around 5000 Baht in your advantage. The 2nd month deposit was used to pay the rent for August 2013.
May I also remind you that within a period of 10 months you committed twice breach of the rental contract, which in fact didn't give you any rights to get your deposit back.
In those cases any rights on deposits normally are lapsed. You know that very well as you have experienced this in your last Backstage/ Pandora affair.
In reality and accordingly to our contract you still owe me money (2 months deposit plus the above described amounts or in total more than 110.000 Baht) and I think you
should be deeply ashamed to spread the rumour that I owe you money instead of being grateful for the favours I gave you by never claiming the money you legally still owe me.
Concerning your remarks about your "friend" and our ex IT-manager Frank, you neither should spread nonsense and lies. First of all not only this is none of your business, but secondly you know the story only from his side.
I of course had a good reason to fire him with immediate effect. What would you do yourself Rob, when your IT-manager starts to sabotage your website so your guests can’t make online reservations anymore?
I am pretty sure you would react the same way.
Anyway, his real intentions came out shortly after he was fired. He dastardly had created encrypted hidden direct links to our web host through which he still had access to our website even after we had changed all passwords already.
These premeditated, intentional and evil malpractices allowed him to block our website once again even after he was fired and then started to blackmail us with this.
He for sure didn't inform you about all these facts and therefore I can only hope these new facts will change your mind about this person and his real evil intentions
as well as your thoughts about my person in this matter.
But it probably won't...
By now I have collected enough evidence to file a complaint against you right away, but once again I will do you a favour, expecting some appreciation from your side.
At the same time, I urge you to stop your criminal offences described above with immediate effect from now on.
In case you will continue to do so I will have no other choice than having the Thai justice force you to stop whatever costs this might bring and which will be recovered from you
anyway above all other claims. If at any moment I will get any signals or information that you are continuing your defamation and slander activities concerning my person and/or any of my businesses and/ or companies, I will not hesitate one more moment to file a complaint against you for these criminal offences which you are committing since quite a while.
You should once and for all admit that you can't blame your landlords or circumstances for the fact that all four businesses you created in Patong weren't as successful as you expected and hoped for. The reality is that many other businesses including mines encounter the same problems and circumstances, but are still existing and successful.
I find it quite pathetic that although you know you are wrong, you still try at all costs to get your right and try to find sympathy among other people for your miseries created
only by yourself , by committing defamation and slander about others.
Finally, you should understand and accept that committing these filthy, underhanded and criminal activities is completely useless and everybody's time-wasting.
As you can see today, the truth comes out one day anyway.
