This is a 56.83 sq.m. 2 bedrooms on 11th floor located in Veranda Residence Pattaya, the same area as Veranda Pattaya resort. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms connected to each room, 1 sofa bed and a small kitchen. Suitable for 5 adults or 4 adults with 2 small kids
You can get access to these hotel facilities; Pool, Private beach, Kid's club, Spa room, Fitness (at residence area) and Parking lot.
New bed sheets, towels, and bath amenities are provided. Kids bath set also available for kid 6+ months old. (Lower age guests must prepare your own), please inform me when your booking is confirmed.
Smart TV in the living area can connect to wifi and enjoy your NetFlix, Youtube and etc.
Kitchen has everything you will need; Electric stove, Cooking hood, Microwave, Toaster, Electric kettle, Refrigerator, all kind of cooking and eating utensils.

Self check in: at the juristic office from 14:00 to 18:00 o’clock.
Self check out: before 12:00 o’clock
Apartment rules
No shoes in the room
Please switch off all light and turn off all air-conditioner every time you left the room.
Please do not flush toilet paper/any litter in to the toilet, Please noticed that Thai toilet paper can’t be flushed down, It will clog the drain. Please dispose them into a plastic bin.
Please clear all smelly garbage out when leaving, the garbage room is located on the same floor on your right.
Strictly prohibits
NO PARTIES, EVENTS and LOUD NOISES, Since there are other people who live in this building with you, it is a must to respect your neighbours. Please keep your voice and music down after 22:00 o’clock.
NO SMOKING, This room and residence hall way is a no smoking area. Please smoke only in the area the residence provided.
NO PET ALLOWED, This property is not a pet friendly place.
Other things to note
No cleaning service provide during on your stay.
