Welcome to Siam Guest House in Pattaya! The Siam Guest House is a facility found to be “Popular with Budget Travelers.” This long standing budget property’s primary purpose is to provide guests with an easy stay for those traveling to Pattaya on a relative modest budget. They too, take pleasure in year-round activities in the tropical atmosphere of Pattaya and by staying at the Siam Guest house; they also enjoy affordable Budget Room Rates. Our unique location is in the heart of Central Pattaya. We are tucked away in a cul-de-sac where you can still see the old architecture of the old houses of Pattaya but you are close by to everything in Central Pattaya the vicinity where everyone wants to be.
The Siam Guest House Pattaya now possesses an array of 58 well maintained rooms, plus three Condo units pledging our guests a relaxed and fitting stay, the Condo units are located near by in a gated community complex. As pointed out The Siam Guest House, is situated in this quiet cul-de-sac and the Guest House is only a few minutes walk from the main section of Pattaya Beach and a very short walking distance from all local amenities such as Pattaya’s most popular shopping districts; The Siam Guest House is located close by three large air conditioned shopping malls, with handmade craft shops and the cinema’s. The three major shopping centers are the Festival Mall, on beach road, The Pattaya Avenue Mall and the Royal Garden Plaza that houses “Ripley’s Believe it or Not” also, on beach road, a stay here makes it possible for guests “to shop until you drop.”

The Triple Rooms are furnished with a Double Bed plus one Single Bed and all of our rooms have been appointed with Double Beds, air conditioning, fridge, mini bar, cable TV; en-suite bathrooms with hot showers and access to complimentary (free) internet service, things that our guests have pointed out that are most important.
