At Le Vernissage, we offer a small cooking class for guests who wish to experience and learn the basics of Thai food and local ingredients. The two dishes that are being taught are Som Tum (also known as Papaya Salad) and Tom Yum Goong (also known as Thai Spicy and Sour soup). Guests will be able to get hands on experience with doing Som Tum while watching and learning about the ingredients and methods required to produce the Tom Yum Goong, a local delicacy.

There's a 'Bike for Mom' event today in Bangkok where cyclists gather and cycle for Thailand's Mother's Day on the 14th of August. Due to this event, some roads will be closed. If you're departing into Bangkok today, you can study this map to learn of the routes and avoid traffic.

Yesterday night we had a special evening for the ones who help made the hotel a better place for our guests - the Staff Members of Le Vernissage. We had the pleasure of having our Managing Directors to celebrate with us in the memorable evening. It was a blast for all of us and we promise to keep doing our best to provide the guests of Le Vernissage a unique experience during their stay!
