Khao Lak Marriott Beach Resort & Spa organized an Intern Meeting to bring our interns together for communication, guidance, and experience sharing.
The meeting aimed to strengthen understanding, encourage learning, and support interns in adapting to the working environment while growing together as part of the Marriott family 🤝✨

การประชุมนักศึกษาฝึกงานของโรงแรม เขาหลัก แมริออท บีช รีสอร์ท แอนด์ สปา จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 25 พฤษภาคม 2569 เพื่อสื่อสารแนวทางการฝึกงาน ให้คำแนะนำในการปฏิบัติงาน และเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาฝึกงานได้แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ร่วมกัน
การประชุมครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้าใจ ส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ และสนับสนุนการปรับตัวในการทำงานของนักศึกษาฝึกงาน เพื่อเติบโตไปพร้อมกันในครอบครัวแมริออท 🤝✨

✨ AAW Day 5: Be Purposeful ✨

กิจกรรม Associate Appreciation Week (AAW) Day 5 ภายใต้ธีม “Be Purposeful” ได้ปิดท้ายสัปดาห์แห่งความสุขอย่างสมบูรณ์แบบ
ภายในงานประกอบด้วยกิจกรรมที่หลากหลาย ทั้งเกมสร้างสรรค์ที่ช่วยสร้างความสนุกสนานและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของพนักงาน พร้อมของรางวัลมากมาย 🎁
นอกจากนี้ กิจกรรมในครั้งนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการสร้างคุณค่าให้กับสังคม โดยรายได้ทั้งหมดจากการจัดกิจกรรมทั้ง 5 วัน ได้นำไปบริจาคให้แก่ มูลนิธิส่องสว่าง น้ำเค็ม เพื่อร่วมเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในการส่งต่อความช่วยเหลืออย่างยั่งยืน 🤍
อีกหนึ่งไฮไลต์สำคัญคือ Workshop “การทำพวงกุญแจจากฝาขวดน้ำ” ซึ่งส่งเสริมแนวคิดด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม โดยการนำวัสดุเหลือใช้มาเพิ่มมูลค่าและสร้างประโยชน์ใหม่ ♻️
กิจกรรมในวันสุดท้ายนี้จึงไม่เพียงสะท้อนถึงความสนุกสนานและความประทับใจเท่านั้น แต่ยังแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการสร้างประโยชน์ต่อสังคม และเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีภายในองค์กรอย่างยั่งยืน

✨ AAW Day 5: Be Purposeful ✨

Associate Appreciation Week (AAW) Day 5, under the theme “Be Purposeful,” successfully concluded the week-long celebration on a high note.
The event featured a variety of engaging activities, including creative games designed to encourage employee participation and foster a fun and lively atmosphere, along with numerous exciting prizes 🎁
In addition, this event emphasized creating value for society. All proceeds collected from the 5-day AAW activities were donated to Song Sawang Nam Khem Foundation, contributing to meaningful and sustainable community support 🤍
One of the key highlights was a creative workshop on “Keychain Making from Bottle Caps,” promoting environmental awareness by transforming recyclable materials into valuable and practical items ♻️
The final day of AAW not only reflected joy and memorable experiences, but also demonstrated a strong commitment to social responsibility while strengthening positive relationships within the organization.

กิจกรรม AAW Day 4 จัดขึ้นภายใต้ธีม “Explore Bonvoy” โดยความร่วมมือของทีม Culinary และ Sales & Marketing เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจและเสริมสร้างประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับ Marriott Bonvoy ให้กับพนักงานทุกท่าน
ภายในงานมีกิจกรรมตอบคำถามและเกมที่ออกแบบมาอย่างสร้างสรรค์ เพื่อให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้เรียนรู้ไปพร้อมกับความสนุกสนาน พร้อมลุ้นรับของรางวัลมากมาย 🎁 ซึ่งช่วยเพิ่มบรรยากาศแห่งการมีส่วนร่วมและความสามัคคีภายในองค์กร
นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดเตรียมอาหารและขนมหลากหลายรายการ เพื่อเติมเต็มความสุขตลอดกิจกรรม อาทิ

proudly organized through the collaboration of the Culinary and Sales & Marketing teams. The event aimed to enhance associate’ understanding of Marriott Bonvoy while fostering engagement and team spirit across the organization. The activity featured a series of interactive games and knowledge-based quizzes related to Marriott Bonvoy, allowing participants to learn in an enjoyable and dynamic way. Attendees also had the opportunity to win a variety of exciting prizes, adding to the lively and engaging atmosphere 🎁
To further enrich the experience, a delightful selection of food and desserts was prepared, including:

🧁 Cupcakes

Our team successfully completed the First Aid, CPR & AED Training today!
This training provided valuable knowledge and hands-on practice to help us respond confidently during emergency situations and support a safer workplace for everyone.
