Short term rental room 6 months. Minimum start from 1 month.
Room Monthly rates from 1 may - 31 oct.
1.Standard room , Only on 1 floor price 14,000 baht/month, single beds only.
2.Deluxe Room Floor 2,3,4, Price 18,000 baht/month have a single bed 2 room, only 1 twins bed.
3.Suite room, floor 3, 4, price 22,000 baht/month, only single bed.
The monthly rates are exclusive of 8 THB/unit for electricity. Deposit guarantee According to the price of the room you stay in.

Rules for monthly rates.
1.Drinking water, Soap, Shampoo, Tissue and toilet paper prepare by Customer.
2.The above rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per month, exclusive of 7% government VAT.
3.The Breakfast is not included in this price. Cleaning room 1 time / week.
4.All rates may change without prior notice. Inclued water , Free wifi.
5.The monthly rates are exclusive of 8 THB/unit for electricity. Deposit guarantee According to the price of the room you stay in.
6.The lost and damage deposit is equivalent to one month's rent must be paid upon check in. And hotel reserves the right not to refund the deposit any payment if guest check out before the end of contract.
7.No any gas cooking or portable gas picnic is not allowed. Only electrically powered devices are allowed.
Can only be done on the balcony of the room. Do not do it inside the room.

Tourists affected by flight cancellations due to the current unrest and clashes in the area and looking for accommodation to stay in while waiting for their flights, can book directly with the hotel and receive a special discount (cash payment only). A discount of 200 baht per night will be applied.
