At AKSARA Collection, we believe that caring for the environment can begin with small choices we make every day.

During your stay at The SIS Kata, Phuket or Kata Sea Breeze Resort, we invite you to join us in using water responsibly by reusing your towels and bed linen when they are still clean and suitable for use.

By reducing unnecessary daily towel and linen changes, we can help reduce the water, energy and laundry products used in the washing process. Towel and linen reuse programmes are widely recognised as a practical way for hotels to support water conservation and more responsible operations.

Please place your towels in the bathtub or on the floor, as indicated on our information card.

🌟 SIS’s Star of September 2026 🌟

Behind every smooth hotel operation, there is a dedicated team working behind the scenes to make sure everything is in place — and this month, we are delighted to introduce Mr Prakit Chonchan (Kit), our SIS’s Star of September 2026, from the Store & Receiving team.

As part of the team responsible for hotel inventory and receiving operations, Khun Kit plays an important role in controlling the hotel’s costs and ensuring that everything coming into the property meets the required standards.

From checking incoming goods and supplies to managing stock and inventory, his work helps ensure that every department has the right products, in the right quantity and condition, and available when needed.

Khun Kit shares his work philosophy:

“My main responsibility is to be the first line of protection for the hotel’s costs. I oversee two key areas: Receiving, where I carefully check the quality, quantity, specifications and safety of every item against the purchase order, and Store, where I ensure that goods are properly stored, issued according to the correct procedures, and accurately matched with our inventory records.”

For Khun Kit, being a “Gatekeeper who upholds standards” means having the confidence to reject items that do not meet the required specifications, helping to protect the hotel from unnecessary losses.

He also believes that accuracy, attention to detail and an internal service mind are essential — ensuring that stock is well controlled while providing timely support to every department across the hotel.

Every smooth service has a team behind it. And every team has people like Khun Kit, making sure everything is ready before the service even begins. 🤝✨
