Panjo Schneider, or PJ, has spent much of his life close to the ocean, scuba diving, freediving and exploring remote islands long before hospitality became his calling.
Today, as one of Trisara’s Synergists, that spirit of exploration shapes the way he connects with people.
You may meet PJ on your first journey through the resort, behind the wheel of a buggy, sharing a favourite corner of Phuket, or simply making sure everything feels effortless from the moment you arrive.
For him, genuine hospitality is about knowing when to guide, when to anticipate, and when to simply give guests the space to enjoy their time entirely their own way.
