An expert in his own right, Kim has worked alongside internationally respected chefs such as Chef John Masa at the helm of Michelin Star restaurant Ku De Ta Bangkok, and Japanese omakase legends Chef Sato, Chef Nitomi and Chef Nagamura.
And if that wasn’t enough, his resumé includes a number of luxury 5star hotels around Thailand before ultimately joining the ranks at Sri Panwa about 7years ago. Meet him at Baba Iki and put him to the test!

With an impressive career having worked at respected Japanese restaurants in both the United States Of America and Thailand such as Morimoto in California, Shiro Sushi in Seattle, Mugendai in Bangkok & The S***a in San Francisco to name just a few.
